ELXxxxx EtherCAT防爆終點站
高度緊湊，本質上安全
在ELX終端中，貝克霍夫將高度緊湊的遠程I/O模塊與隔離屏障結合起來，以便在一個外殼中直接連接本質上安全的現場設備。其結果是：極窄的EtherCAT終端可直接連接本質上安全的傳感器和執行機構。ELX終端具有高分辨率和高精度，保證了高貝克霍夫測量質量，這在潛在的爆炸性大氣中是人們所熟悉的。另一個優點來自于終端高度緊湊的設計：在12毫米的外殼中有多達8個本質上安全的輸入。由于沒有中間外部障礙，控制柜的空間需求大大減少，并具有相關的成本優勢。通過對ATEX、IECEx和NEC/CEC的認證，ELX終端符合所有針對行業的防爆指南，幾乎可以在全球所有市場使用，從而減少用戶對不同供應商的依賴。貝克霍夫I/O組合的巨大信號多樣性也支持廣泛的應用：每個應用程序都有一個合適的I/O模塊。開發特定于客戶的變體也是可能的，通過完整的產品開發內部。
由于有了elx終端，工藝技術用戶可以實現極其緊湊和成本效益高的控制結構，以及出色的診斷功能。伊瑟特有助于減少工廠停機時間。
